routine

I don't have a strict routine these days.

I try to wake up around 700 and get to bed between 2300 and midnight. I no longer do zazen regularly as there's rarely time, but I do maintain zen/absorption in most all that I do. I utilize a trance state induced by music to increase my absorption.

I try to do stuff like sweeping, dishes, folding laundry, etc. as soon as it's necessary. If my house is a mess I have trouble focusing, and I may migrate to a third space to maintain focus if I have time sensitive work to do.

Outside of work I try to rollerblade and cycle regularly, work on my art (mixing, coding, drawing), read, spend time in third spaces, and have quality time with my partners.
